To my mind rain is better . But only if it is warm, of course! If seriously, I am glad it is warm and there is no snow. Really. With snow it is so slippery, so soggy-dirty-cold! The only reason for me to want snow is my child - she adores snow. I mean it. Really. She is SO happy when it snows. She starts horsing around and singing and telling poems that she composes herself - some are very funny. So, I can agree to snow (согласиться на снег) but only for her.
OH..Why do you think so?i think in winter must be cold and snowy,in summer warm and hot etc.without there own features they loose their value and joy goes away..
Snowfall is gorgeous, I agree, but snowfalls are rare, after a snowfall there comes cold and slippery roads. And what about this powder that they strew the streets with? Firstly, it ruins shoes, secondly, it is impossible to enter the underground without being afraid to fall. Besides, someone as far as I remember is going to spend his-her New Year in a very warm country, where it is going to be summer in January. - So, winter without snow is possible! Come on, guys, isn't it great when it is warm. Let there be warm winter!!!
I am absolutely with the guys who want snow. It's raining now in Tokyo and it's about 10 degrees above zero, I am dreaming about cold Russian winter with snow, snowdrifts, frost. I like going sledging to parks in Moscow. As I know it is moderately warm in Moscow, it's good, but it's bad. You understand me, I guess.
Hello everyone! Its been a verrry long time since my last visiting the blog. So many new interesting posts you have here, let me tell you that! Now I'll have to do my best to catch up with you people. So, talking about the weather... Its a burning issue actually. Having travelled around the world I came to the conclusion that the bestest (!) weather is in Siberia (!)Im absolutely agree with Rasberry that winter must be cold and snowy and summer - hot and dry. I'm in Italy right now, so my New Year will be with lots of rain, most probably.The worst thing is that without snow I dont get the proper New Year mood... But on the other hand - Im happy that I will spend this winter out of Canada, because snow there is a curse))) Every winter I remember that joke about a Florida man who moved to Canada and after cleaning few times the "white sh't" from his driveway he ran back.))) So, everything is relative in this world..
Snow is a rare thing now. Even here in Helsinki it is above zero! Soon I think we will have to go to Lapland to see snow. On the one hand, it's nice when it's warm, on the other hand I agree that Santa, Christmas and snow go together.
By the way, guys, I watched a program on TV that global warming may lead to low temperatures. It happens because Ice in Antarctica is slowly melting, cold water is joining oceans and the warm current Gulf Stream, that may result in its changing its way due to the cold flows. Consequently, if the Gulf Stream stops being warm and strats being cold, it will bring cold weather to Europe in max 20 years. Nowadays this tentency is already obvious because of hurricanes, anomalies and other unpleasant things. That's why I can say - be happy with warm weather, soon you will long for it!

15-е августа. Вот мы и в Канаде!!! Я очарован этой страной! Здесь восхитительно! Горы так прерасны. С нетерпением жду, когда увижу их покрытыми снегом.
14-е октября. КАНАДА! Это самое чудесное место на земле! Листья на деревьях пожелтели и приобрели все оттенки спектра, от красного до оранжевого. Вчера совершил увлекательную поездку за город, в сельскую местность. Вы не поверите! Видел диких оленей! На воле, они так красивы и грациозны. Поистине это самые очаровательные животные на планете. Ну просто милашки! Нет, здесь действительно рай!
11-е ноября. Скоро открывается сезон охоты на оленей. Это ужасно! Не могу себе представить, что у кого-то может подняться рука на это милое, безобидное создание. Со дня на день ожидаем снег. Мне здесь нравится!
2-е декабря. Наконец-то! Этой ночью выпал снег. УРА!!! Проснувшись поутру, мы обнаружили очаровательную картину за окном. Все покрыто белоснежным, пушистым покрывалом. Вид, как на удивительной рождественской открытке! Я восхищен! Мы с женой радостно выбежали из дому, и быстренько очистив крыльцо и парковку перед домом, мы с хохотом стали кидаться снежками. (Я победил). Внезапно снегоочиститель проехал мимо нас, завалив всю парковку снегом. Но это не расстроило нас, и я быстренько откидал снег обратно. Как здесь хорошо! Я люблю Канаду!
12-е декабря. Этой ночью опять выпал снег. Снегоочиститель повторил свою выходку и завалил парковку.
19-е декабря. Опять шел снег этой ночью. Я так и не смог очистить парковку и уехать на работу. Здесь конечно великолепно, но я уже обессилел, постоянно очищая парковку от снега. Идиотский снегоочиститель!
22-е декабря. Опять ночью падала эта белая мерзость! Я заработал кровавые волдыри на руках и постоянную боль в пояснице, от бесконечной чистки снега. Такое впечатление, что этот дятел на снегоочистителе прячется за углом и только и ждет когда я откидаю снег с парковки. ....!!!
25-е декабря. МЭРРИ ... КРИСМАС! Опять этот гадкий снег!!! Только бы добраться до горла того ... сына, который на снегоочистителе. Клянусь, задушил бы урода!!! И потом, почему городские службы не рассыпают соль на обледенелых дорогах? Вчера шел и чуть не убился.
27-е декабря. Ночью снова выпало это белое ...!!! Третий день сижу дома, за исключением вылазок для очистки парковки после снегоочистителя. Не могу никуда выбраться. Машина исчезла под горой этой белой дряни! И как же зверски холодно! Мужик из бюро прогноза по ящику обещает еще 20 сантиметров белого ... этой ночью. КОЗЕЛ!!! А ты знаешь, сколько лопат снега составят эти 20 сантиметров???
28-е декабря. Этот ... из бюро прогнозов ошибся! Выпало 50 сантиметров. Похоже, этот ... снег не растает до лета. Снегоочиститель застрял возле нашего дома, и этот ... водитель прибежал к нам с просьбой одолжить лопату. Я сказал ему, что сломал шесть лопат, откидывая то белое ... , которым он заваливал нашу парковку, и сейчас поломаю седьмую об его баранью башку.
4-е января. Сегодня наконец то выбрался из дому!!! Поехал в магазин закупить харчей. И вот, на обратном пути вылетает на дорогу эта скотина - олень и расшибает копытами весь передок машины. Ущерба на три тысячи долларов!!! Ну почему .... охотники не поубивали этих паскуд в ноябре? Эти твари (олени) везде и повсюду. Что б их разорвало, ...!
3-е мая. Отвез машину в мастерскую. Вы не поверите, но эта лоханка успела проржаветь напрочь, от соли, которую козлы из городских служб сыпали на дороги.
10-е мая. Все! Уезжаю во Флориду. Не могу себе представить, что кто-нибудь, находясь в здравом рассудке, пожелает жить в этой гребаной Канаде
ahahahahha)))))))))))))))it's so funny!!realy!!when i read to the 22th december i just smiled but all that stuff about deers and mad snow plow made me burst out laughing))i nearly waked up my parents,if i did it i suppose that it would be very unfunny)but))i waked my brother up and made him read it all, naturally the reaction was the same as mine,thanks a lot!!=)))
Hi everybody,what about snow,it is funny to remember my celebration of new year because firstly i drunk a lot and after we decided to play snowballs with my friends and what do u think how many times i fell down and how many bruises i have now on my legs.If somebody start laughing,it is not funny,like in cartoon Finding Nemo i am not clown fish;-)i love all of you and wish you have a very happy new year!!!
In Tokyo it is about 8 above zero, no snow. But this weakend we went to Supporo (on the Hokkaido - the northern island) were we were very happy to see snow. We also met there Russian guys from Khabarovsk and went to celebrate the meeting to a couple of local bars. I guess only Russian people can be so united abroad.:)
Today is 9th February and in 20 minutes i have a period with you) and "rain drops keep falling on my head" =)It' s your favourite weather , am I right? I wanna spring and sun!

I have not been here for such a long time...but I`m going to overtake you and to share my opinion on all discussing themes in this lovely blog))) Concerning the winter,ice,snow and minus tempreture...I hate it. I wish I could sleep through winter and just wake when it's over each year)))) At this period I always looking forward to Spring, Summmer and Fall at least... The only thing I like in this season is to watch from the window the snow silently drift past the street light...it gives some sense of calm... In childhood I used to love the winter...snowball fights and making snowmen with kids, but not now))) Some weeks ago, listening to the radio I heard that in 1960(I can`t remember the exact date) at this time it was -40 degrees!!!Can you imagine it?We had smth about -5! I`m happy not to live in there century...)
