Strangely enough, there appeared some problems with enregisting on the blog. I will take a chance to post a separate topic saying what to do.
1) If you want to comment the posting - click the word "comments" after the posting. It will open the list of the comments, I think you have to read them all, after that take your turn to say something.
2) At the end of the window there is a field saying "comment form" or something like that. Type your answer in it. You seem to have to verify your answer with a code.
3) Choose an option - if you don't have an account in Google, click "name" and enter there your nick; if you have an account - enter it.
4) To create an account - follow the tips, you may as Sisi said go to blogger.com and choose "create an account", then you will have to submit your e-mail address and a password - voila, as some of my friends say.
5) I guess, E.Yu. has already asked you to be attentive to where you comment a topic - in "Hi, there" you say what you think about the idea of a blog, in "Popularity of some leaders" you say what you can about the politics, in "How to register" you give your thanks to the Cleverest. And so on. Otherwise it will be a mess.
6) Politics is worth discussing.

In URL you can enter any website you like or to contrive it, on first steps I`ve made it just like that.
(Probably it`s not very correct, but it workes...)

it's funny but i couldn't remember how to post a comment for about 2 weeks( but at the same time i've posted some)) My friend has suggested finding set up panel on blogger.com and save it in my Favorits. Now I just open this page and read what's new in our blog! (I'm so happy now)))
I have a question. Is there a way to automatically quote a comment?
Or do I have to use the good old Copy/paste system?

Lekusya, it's copy-paste, as it is not a forum, where other options are available.
Guys, if you want to type in some kind of changed print you can use HTML tags. If you want to type in italics, you do the following thing: first you "start a command" - you type triangular brackets (above the letters Б and Ю - I cannot type it for you, the computer will not accept it) and you type a small i between the brackets. Then you type what to want to enhance and then you must close the tag. To do that you again use the triangular brackets but inside you type a slash and i - like that /i . And of course there are no spaces between the brackets and letters.
If you want to write anything in bold, you do the same only with the letter b inside. If you use the letter a inside the brackets, your word will be enhanced. I hope you will understand my explanations. I am not a programmer, that was the best I could do for your, guys.
